As parents, we all try to make sure that our kids eat as balanced a diet as possible.  It’s simpler to do when they are younger and, as you know, much harder to do the grown-up they get.

Junk food is the culprit. Burgers and chili cheese fries taste much better than broccoli and quinoa. And in our world of ever increasing speed, the drive through has replaced the brown bag.
